10 Chrome Extensions I Actually Use in My Work Week

Let’s be honest: I’m not trying to have 4,000 tabs open and do everything the long way. If there’s a little tech trick that helps me get through my day faster or with less clicking around, I’m here for it. These are the Chrome extensions I reach for the most in my work-from-home life whether I’m supporting clients, creating content, or just trying to stay organized behind the scenes.

Loom – For When I Don’t Have the Energy to Type It All Out

Sometimes it’s easier to show than tell. Loom lets me record a quick video walkthrough and send it off instead of typing out a long message. I use it for everything from client feedback to “hey, here’s where this button is” tutorials.

Table Capture – A Copy/Paste Dream

This one feels like magic. It pulls data from tables on any webpage—like analytics dashboards or reports—and lets you copy or export it cleanly. No more dragging your mouse and accidentally copying weird formatting.

Imageye – The Lazy Girl’s Way to Grab Images

Ever need to pull a bunch of images from a website quickly? This lets you download them all at once. Perfect for when I’m repurposing content or updating pages without manually saving each image.

LastPass – My Ride-or-Die Password Manager

I’ve used LastPass for years. It stores my passwords, auto-fills forms, and creates strong new ones when needed. If you’re still using the same three passwords for everything... I lovingly suggest you stop.

YouTube Summary with ChatGPT – So I Don’t Have to Watch the Whole Thing

You know when you want the info from a YouTube video but don’t want to sit through the whole thing? This grabs the transcript and runs it through ChatGPT so you can get the gist without watching the full 20 minutes.

Scribe – SOPs on Autopilot

This one’s for my VA/OBM girlies. Scribe records your screen and turns it into a step-by-step doc automatically. It’s perfect for onboarding or showing someone how to do a recurring task without having to type it all out.

ColorPick Eyedropper – When You Just Need That Exact Shade of Beige

Whether I’m working on brand design or just matching something cute I saw online, this tool lets me snag colors straight from any site. Handy for Canva, brand boards, or client visuals.

Full Page Screen Capture – Because One Screenshot Isn’t Always Enough

You know when you need a full view of a webpage, not just what’s showing on your screen? This captures the whole thing top to bottom. I use it for documenting client pages or saving inspo.

Open Multiple URLs – When You’ve Got a List to Get Through

If someone sends me a giant list of links, this saves me from clicking each one individually. Just paste 'em all in, hit go, and boom batch magic.

Clear Cookies – For When Things Get Weird

Sometimes a login won’t work or a site acts funky. Clearing cookies usually fixes it, and this makes it fast and easy without digging through browser settings.

I’ll be honest … I’m not a tech tools person just for the sake of it. These extensions either save me real time or real brain power, and that’s what makes them worth it. If you're managing a business, a blog, or just trying to make things run smoother from the kitchen table, these are worth a peek.

Let me know if you try any or if you’ve got a favorite I should know about!
